What full service means on a 141 profile

Full service (全套) means a complete session that includes sex. It usually starts with a massage or a shower together, moves to oral and ends with intercourse. The opposite term is "half service" (半套), which stops at a hand or oral finish. If the service list on a profile says full service, the basic session includes sex. If it does not, do not assume it, even when the profile is filed under spa or upstairs massage.

Everything beyond that is listed separately. 69, CIM, oral without a condom, deep throat, uniforms, body-to-body and a shared shower each appear on the profile only if the girl offers them; some are part of the package and some cost extra. Two girls who both write "full service HK$500" can mean quite different sessions. Before you go up or book, check the package text for the length, what is included and what is charged on top, and agree it before you start.

The cheapest and easiest is the one-woman apartment: the address is public and you just walk up. The most expensive is the hotel escort, where you pay for the hotel room and must book first. Upstairs massage has the most profiles but only one in four offers sex, so the package text is essential. If you want the girl to come to your hotel or home, that is outcall.

Where full service is most common and where it is cheapest

Two districts have the most full service escorts, and they are opposites. In Tsim Sha Tsui three in four girls offer it, mostly as hotel bookings from HK$1,000, with good English and Russian, Japanese and Korean-speaking girls.
