What body-to-body means, and how it differs from nuru

Body-to-body (波推, literally "breast push") is a massage in which the girl oils herself and uses her breasts on your back and body. It needs no special equipment and is done on an ordinary bed, so walk-ups, upstairs rooms and hotel girls all offer it. In a walk-up package it is common foreplay.

It is easily confused with nuru, which uses an inflatable mattress and a lot of gel and is a session in itself; six in ten nuru girls do not offer sex. Body-to-body is the reverse.
